Abstract Submission Platform

Please use the Abstract Submission Platform to submit and manage your contribution. After clicking the “Submit Abstract” button, you will be prompted to log in or create an account. Select the appropriate contribution type, either a poster, demonstrator, or project talk, and provide the required details, including the title and author information. You may revise and update your submission at any time until the final submission deadline.

Keydates & Deadlines

  • 15 July 2026 – Deadline Abstract Project Talks: Abstract Submission for MaterialDigital-Project Talks on 28 September 2026. Please indicate your MaterialDigital project name. The abstract and speaker(s) can be updated until 21 September.
  • 21 September 2026 – Deadline Final Abstract Project Talks: You can update your submitted abstract with current information until 21 September.
  • 21 September 2025 – Deadline Demonstrator and Poster Submission: Demonstrators and posters can be submitted online until 21 September. Only submitted contributions will be considered for the Best Demonstrator and Best Poster awards.
